If a technical problem on our end prevents your Fix Guide from being generated or delivered — and we can't resolve it promptly — you are entitled to a full refund of your $49 payment. No questions asked.

• —You uploaded the wrong files or uploaded files from the wrong time period.
• —You changed your mind after the report was delivered.
