Refund Policy

The Fix Guide is a digital product — a personalized report generated from your files and delivered to your inbox. Here's our refund policy, stated plainly.
Once delivered, all sales are final
Because your Fix Guide is generated specifically for your files and sent immediately upon purchase, we are not able to offer refunds once the report has been delivered to your email address. This is standard practice for digital goods.
Technical failures are fully refunded
If a technical problem on our end prevents your Fix Guide from being generated or delivered — and we can't resolve it promptly — you are entitled to a full refund of your $49 payment. No questions asked.
What's not covered
- —The report was delivered but you found fewer issues than expected — the analysis reflects your uploaded files as-is.
- —You uploaded the wrong files or uploaded files from the wrong time period.
- —You changed your mind after the report was delivered.
